Forward and reverse primers used for quantitative reverse-transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) measurements of expression of a subset of mouse orthologs of genes within the region of human chromosome 22 that is heterozygously deleted in 22q11DS as well as the LgDel mouse model of the disorder. This subset was selected based upon extensive previous characterization of 22q11 gene expression in the embryo and the central nervous system (Maynard et al., 2003; Meechan et al., 2009; Maynard et al., 2013).
