Neurons expressing huc:kaede, p2×3b:egfpand/or trpa1b:egfp transgenes were counted in 24 hpf and 72 hpf embryos. The BAPTISM technique was used to distinguish early-born neurons from late-born neurons at 72 hpf. The averages reported in the table represent the number of neurons per ganglion expressing a particular transgene in wild-type embryos, embryos treated with anti-proliferation drugs or neurogenin1 morphant embryos. The standard error and sample size are indicated.
