TRPP (polycystin) has a Drosophila orthologue: Pkd2, which is enriched in testes and sperm. TRPML has no annotated Drosophilaorthologue (Flybase). *Three different datasets based on three distinct Affymetrix probe sets for CG34123-significant enrichment for tubule is seen with all three probes.
