Q10 values were calculated from the mean rates of secretion given in Fig. 2.
There were no significant differences between the Q10 values obtained for basal and agonist-stimulated secretion (P>0.05), nor between incubation times (P>0.05).
Significant difference between the Q10 values obtained for cells isolated from warm-active and torpid squirrels (t-test, P<0.05).
